Pay Level-3: ₹21,700 – ₹69,100 (Group ‘C’)

Eligibility Criteria (as on 01.07.2025)
Age Limit
18-25 years (Born 02.07.2000 to 01.07.2007). Relaxations: OBC +3, SC/ST +5, ESM +3/5/8 years, etc.
Educational Qualification
10+2 (Senior Secondary) from recognized board. Relaxable to 11th for sons/daughters of Delhi Police personnel/MTS, Bandsmen, Drivers, etc.
Nationality
Indian citizen. Tibetan refugees (1962), subjects of Bhutan/Nepal, Indian origin from specified countries eligible with certificate.
Physical Standards (Male)
- Height: 170 cm (relaxable)
- Chest: 81-85 cm (unexpanded) + 4 cm expansion
- Weight: Proportionate
Physical Standards (Female)
- Height: 157 cm (relaxable)
- Weight: Proportionate

Mode of Selection
Computer Based Exam (CBE)
100 marks, 60 min: Reasoning (25), GK/Current Affairs (50), Numerical Ability (15), Computer Fundamentals (10). Negative marking 0.25. Bilingual (Eng/Hindi).
PE&MT (Qualifying)
Conducted by Delhi Police: Race (Male: 1600m/6min, Female: 1600m/8min), Long Jump/High Jump. PST: Height, Chest (Male), Weight.
Document Verification & Medical Exam after PE&MT. Final merit on CBE marks. Grievances on PE&MT to Delhi Police same day.

GK/Current Affairs & Numerical Ability
- GK: India & Neighbors (History, Culture, Geography, Economy, Polity, Scientific Research), Current Affairs, Sports.
- Numerical: Number Systems, Computation of Whole Numbers, Decimals/Fractions, Relationship between Numbers, Fundamental Arithmetical Operations.
- Percentages, Ratio/Proportion, Averages, Interest, Profit/Loss, Discount, Mensuration, Time/Distance, Ratio/Time.
Computer Fundamentals
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, Internet, Networking, Cyber Security basics.
